Recognizing the need for good stewardship of the parish community's resources, the Church mandates that each parish have a finance council to advise the pastor on the proper maintenance and development of parish financial resources. The council makes suggestions on how best to utilize, protect, and invest parish funds. They also review and approve the annual budget of the parish.
The council monitors financial matters of the community makes recommendations for the future. Members are appointed by the Pastor and serve for a three-year term that is renewable.
